Instructions for Automatic Gate System

A white control box (approximately 6” X 6”) on a black pole to the left of the entrance of Ace Self Storage is where you will punch in your PIN. Please pull your vehicle very slowly up to the gate so that your front bumper is approximately six (6) feet from the gate. Exit your vehicle to enter your PIN. The panel on the control box is similar to the keypad of a touch-tone telephone. First, push the star (*) key, then enter your PIN, then push the pound (#) key. The gate will automatically open and stay open until you pass through. Once inside the gate, it will close automatically. When leaving, pull up to the gate very slowly again so that your front bumper is approximately six (6) feet from the gate. The gate will open, you can exit and it will close automatically behind you.

Please note that when the gate does open for either entering or exiting, wait until it is fully open and has stopped before proceeding.
